	Professor Marilyn Alper Adjunct Faculty Member Classes Taught: Professional Responsibility, Legal Writing / Analysis, Lawyering Skills, Gender Law, Law & Social Change, Agency and Directed Study. Professor Alper has served as a prosecutor at the State Bar of California, along with being in civil litigation practice. She is currently a Senior Judicial Research Attorney at the California Court of Appeal, Second District and has served as a professor here at UWLA since 1982.

	Kathy Q. Hao Adjunct Faculty Member & Director of International Studies Classes Taught: Legal Aid Clinic Kathy Hao is a General Civil Practitioner who has worked in private practice, focusing in Domestic and International Business and General Civil Transactions and Litigation, Immigration and administrative Law. She is fluent in written and spoken Chinese and is registered English/Chinese Mandarin Interpreter, California Judicial Council since 2002.
	Professor M. Jonathan Hayes Adjunct Faculty Member Classes Taught: UCC, Bankruptcy, Income Tax, Business organizations and contracts, Civil Procedure, Advanced Bankruptcy Issues and Remedies Mr. Hayes has been a member of the panel of mediators of the Bankruptcy Mediation Program for the Central District of California since the program's inception.
	Commissioner Steven K. Lubell Adjunct Faculty Member Classes Taught: Criminal procedure, Criminal Practice and Remedies Professor Lubell has presided over 100 criminal and civil jury trials and 1000 civil bench trials as a temporary Judge by stipulation.

	Professor Edward C. Stark Adjunct Faculty Member Class Taught: Torts He was a member of the California Committee of Bar Examiners where he served as Chair of the Examinations Subcommittee for two of the four years and was Vice Chair of the Committee during his last year serving.

	Professor Sue Rokaw Adjunct Faculty Member Classes Taught: Legal Research & Writing and Lawyering Skills Practicum Since practicing law for the last 22 years or so, she has worked in a variety of settings in the area of civil litigation - in private practice - as a partner in a large, multiple-office law firm, then in a small-sized firm and also as a sole practitioner. Most recently she has worked “in-house” in a Corporate Law Department where I supervise a team of lawyers and manage class action litigation.
