Performance Program

Applicants who score at or above the 10th percentile on the LSAT, and have a BA, an AA or 60+ units, can qualify for our Performance Program. Through this Program, the applicant would be permitted to attend the Introduction to Legal Study course and his/her performance in the course will determine whether he/she will be admitted as a regular student. The applicant will not be required to pay for the course, but he/she would have to purchase books and pay a $250 fee.

The applicant will be required to regularly attend class, complete assignments, attend academic support activities and take the final examination. If the applicant earns a ‘C+’ or better in the course, he/she will be fully admitted to enroll the following semester (provided that transcripts and other documents are on file). No credit is earned for attending the course; however, the course requirement will be waived. Instead the student will be allowed to take a 3-unit elective of his/her choosing later during his/her enrollment.

After successful completion of this Program, the student will be limited to part-time study during his/her first year. Upon achieving a cumulative grade point average of 2.30 after his/her first year, he/she may attend on a full-time basis.
