UWLA School of Law Faculty member, Professor M. Jonathan Hayes, is a speaker at the 16th Annual Review of 9th Circuit Decisions on Bankruptcy in 2021 this Saturday, January 29th. This event discusses the significant consumer bankruptcy and related cases from the last year. The materials include a case summary of every published 9th Circuit and 9th Circuit BAP case in 2021 and many other cases that are of interest to bankruptcy practitioners.

This is our biggest program of the year, presented this year again by Zoom video. We are privileged that Judge Deborah Saltzman of the Central District of California and Judge Scott Gan of the District of Arizona (Tucson) will join us for the presentation, to discuss the significant consumer bankruptcy and related cases from the last year. The materials include a case summary of every published 9th Circuit and 9th Circuit BAP case in 2021 and many other cases that are of interest to bankruptcy practitioners.
Judge Gan was a member of the BAP panel on many of the BAP decisions last year and his insight will be special.
This program will be held by webinar and qualifies for two hours of MCLE credit including Bankruptcy Specialization credit. The materials are sent to you by email. Sign-in sheets and MCLE certificates are processed through emails with Linda after the program.
