Biography: Dr. Grenway has taught at the graduate and undergraduate level for over two decades. Across multiple institutions, Dr. Grenway’s has held several full-time professorships, adjunct appointments, and a he has worked as a Program Chair of Business. Although Dr. Grenway specializes in strategic business management, organizational behavior, change management, and employee motivation, he has also worked as a lead business consultant, a tactical operations manager, and he has an extensive background in strategic employee training and development.
