Biography: Dr. Caroline Fraissinet is co-Director of Career Services. She has worked in higher education for nine years, with a specialization in career advisement. She earned her Ed.D in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC Rossier School of Education; her dissertation focused on the challenges low-income college students face in gaining entertainment industry experience prior to graduation due to the prevalence of unpaid internships.
