Biography: Ashanti Lyles is a higher education professional with over 20 years of administrative experience in education. Throughout her career, she has supported a wide range of academic and administrative functions, including class scheduling, program coordination, curriculum development, dual enrollment, guided pathways, faculty support, and student success initiatives. In addition to her administrative experience, Ashanti is an Adjunct Instructor in Business, teaching courses in areas such as business, management, marketing, international business, and related disciplines. Her combined experience as an administrator, program coordinator, and instructor provides her with a well-rounded understanding of higher education from both the operational and instructional perspectives. Ashanti has successfully supported initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency, strengthen academic programs, increase enrollment, and enhance the student experience. Her background also includes career and technical education pathway coordination, where she has helped develop professional and workforce development initiatives for faculty, staff, and students.
