Prof. Greg Lederman

Gregory J. Lederman is a Certified Specialist in Estate, Trust & Probate Law by the California Board of Legal Specialization.  He has been in practice for 25 years.  His private practice is limited exclusively to estate, trust, and probate matters with an emphasis in litigating trust and estate disputes.  Mr. Lederman has extensive experience in litigating all estate, trust and probate disputes including, trust contests, will contests, conservatorship disputes, fiduciary removal, fiduciary defense and surcharge proceedings all throughout California.  Greg has had multiple bench trials over the last 25 years in the probate court.

In addition to his private practice, Greg is a part time Deputy City Attorney for the Los Angeles City Attorneys Office.  Greg is assigned to the criminal division where he spends two months out of the year prosecuting DUI drivers.  In his role as a Pro Bono City Attorney, Greg is constantly trying and arguing cases before a jury. His work as a prosecutor has afforded him the experience to actually understand how a trial works practically, not just conceptually.
