Talon L. Brown, Esq. serves as the Dean for the UWLA School of Business and has shepherded the programs from their infancy phase through accreditation and into their current structure. He is also the Chief Strategic Officer for the University assisting in short and long term strategic vision development and execution for the University.

Dean Brown has been engaged in the private practice of law and assisted the. UWLA Business Office and General Counsel of UWLA. He has been admitted to the State Bar of California since 2011.
